§ SIR CHARLES W. DILKEMy hon. Friend seems to overlook the fact that the Bill, as amending and continuing the Act of 1872, provides for municipal elections. As to applying the ballot to Poor Law elections, it is difficult to do so while the system of plural voting is in force at these elections.
