§ MR. TOTTENHAMasked, When the Arrears of Rent (Ireland) Bill would be circulated, and why it had not yet been circulated?
MR. GLADSTONEI was in hopes that the Bill would have been circulated to-day, and it will, I believe, be circulated to-morrow. I may assure the hon. Member that he will find it to be a brief and comparatively simple measure, with the contents of which the House is already in some degree familiar from the provisions of the Bill of last year.
