HEALYasked the First Lord of the Treasury, Whether he is aware that in all Chancery leases, in. the case of Chancery lettings, since the Land Act of 1870, a Clause has been inserted depriving tenants of all compensation for improvements; and, whether it has been practically decided that such tenants have no redress under the Land Act of 1881?
