FINDLATERsaid, he had withdrawn the clauses of this Bill which related to Equity appeals; and as the right hon. and learned Gentleman the Attorney General for Ireland had consented to the remaining clauses upon that understanding, he hoped the House 218 would agree to the second reading of the Bill.

§ Bill read a second time, and committed for Monday 15th May.
§ MR. FINDLATERsaid, if he were in Order, he would then move Instructions to the Committee to consider certain clauses extending the Equity jurisdiction, of which he had given Notice to the right hon. and learned Attorney General for Ireland.
