§ Order for Committee read.
§ SIR HENRY HOLLANDsaid, that in moving that the Speaker should leave the Chair, in order that the House might go into Committee on this Bill, he wished to explain that, as the whole subject of distress was now under the consideration of a Committee upstairs, he did not propose to ask for more than that the Speaker should leave the Chair.
