§ MR. DODSONIn answer to the hon. Baronet, I have to say that I hope shortly to be able to make a statement as to the mode in which it is proposed to distribute this grant. I also hope that, as it is a financial arrangement, it will be found practicable to give effect to it without any special legislation.
