asked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, Whether he will have any objection to allow the four Poor Law guardians of Tipperary Union, at present confined as suspects in Kilkenny Gaol, Messrs. Allis, Cullinane, Flood, and Dalton, to be released on parole in order to take part in the election of officers for their union on Tuesday next?
