§ MR. W. E. FORSTER, in reply, said, that the individual in question had been arrested on the ground that he had been a principal in a riot and in an unlawful assembly. He had made inquiry as to whether his liberation could be effected 890 without danger; and if the hon. Member would repeat his Question in a few days, he would inform him of the result of the inquiry.
