§ SIR CHARLES W. DILKESir, Her Majesty's Government have not received any official information with regard to the concentration of Turkish troops towards the frontier of the Provinces administered by Austria which are at present the scene of a partial rising. At the same time, we have seen the statement to which the hon. Member refers in the newspapers, and we think there is little doubt that the concentration of troops has taken place.
