COURTNEYNo reply was sent to the telegram received on the 15th of February, as none appeared necessary, the telegram of the 9th of February from the Secretary of State having sufficiently explained the views of Her Majesty's Government. Papers relating to Natal and Zululand and to the Transvaal will be distributed next week.
