asked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, as one of the trustees to aid coast fisheries in Ireland, If he would be good enough to cause a Return to be made of the names of the trustees; the dates of their elections; the number of meetings held by them during the years 1878, 1879, 1880, and 1881; the names of the trustees present at each meeting; and the amounts granted by loans to fishermen at each such meeting; the amount of charitable money originally handed over to the said trustees; the amount at the end of the year 1881 standing to their credit, and in what securities the amount was invested; the amounts lent by them in each of such years; and the amounts repaid to them by fishermen during such years?
