asked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, Whether he will be pleased to direct the release of Mr. Patrick O'Brien, who was arrested as a suspect on the 3rd of April of the present year, and is now confined in Enniskillen Gaol, other persons who were arrested at the same time and place, and on the same charge, having been liberated some weeks ago?
