Mr. BRADLAUGH, one of the Members for Northampton, came to the Table:—

Mr. SPEAKER reminded him that he had not taken the Oath required by Law;

Whereupon Mr. BRADLAUGH stated that he held in his hand a Petition, which he desired to present to the House.

Mr. SPEAKER informed the honourable Member that not having taken the Oath, he was not in a position to present a Petition, and directed him to withdraw; and Mr. BRADLAUGH withdrew accordingly.
