O'CONNORasked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, If the time has come for the release of Mr. Thomas Cunningham, at present confined in Kilmainham Prison; whether he has been incarcerated since December 29th last; and, whether all the other suspects from the same district (Loughrea) have been already released?
§ MR. TREVELYANSir, Mr. Thomas Cunningham has been under detention since the 29th of December last. His Excellency has the case under consideration, and I will let the hon. Member know the result when I hear it.
