§ MR. DILLWYNasked if the Prime Minister would inform the House whether he proposed to take a Morning Sitting to-morrow?
MR. GLADSTONEsaid, that the experiment of Tuesday last, and the use to which the hours between 7 and 9 were put, were not encouraging, and he should, therefore, propose that the House should meet at 2 to-morrow.
