asked Mr. Attorney General for Ireland, If he can state to the House to what extent the power given to the Irish Court of Queen's Bench by the Peace Preservation Act of 1870 to change the venue in the case of indictments found in specially proclaimed counties was exercised, and what was the proportion of convictions in cases so removed as compared with those in which the indictments were tried in the counties where found?
