asked the Secretary of State for India, Whether the time has yet arrived when he can lay upon the Table of the House the Correspondence relating to the reduction of the salaries of all the High Court Judges in Bengal and of the Native High Court Judges in the rest of India?

in reply, said, that until the Correspondence was complete, he did not think it would be convenient to lay it on the Table.
