§ MR. CHILDERSMy hon. Friend cannot have been in the House when on two occasions I have answered this Question on behalf of my right hon. Friend the First Minister. The Report of the Scientific Committee and the Memorandum of the military authorities will be shortly laid on the Table, with the decision at which Her Majesty's Government hope to arrive, in a few days. The Papers are very voluminous, and are still with the printers.
