BIGGARasked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, Whether it is the fact that Mr. Denis Healy, of county Clare, who was arrested on a charge of murder on February 5th, and discharged as there was no evidence 1685 against him, was re-arrested on the 25th February, under the Protection of Person and Property (Ireland) Act, for intimidation, and is still in Enniskillen Gaol; and, whether, as he has an aged father and a sister only to manage his farm, the Lord Lieutenant will reconsider his case?
