§ MR. SHAW LEFEVREstated that he had been unable to induce the right hon. Member for Whitehaven (Mr. Cavendish Bentinck) to remove his block from this Bill, and consequently would introduce it in "another place." He hoped the Bill would reach the House of Commons and become law this Session.
