§ SIR CHARLES W. DILKEInformation has reached the Foreign Office by telegram of the conclusion of a Treaty between the United States and Korea, but the full details have not yet arrived. A Treaty was also signed on the 6th of June by the Admiral (Willes) on the station between Great Britain and Korea, which secures the same privileges as have been granted to the United States, and also the most Favoured Nation Treaty treatment. It is understood that the importation of opium is forbidden.
