asked the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Whether, as reported in the papers of Wednesday last, an arrangement has been made with the Chinese Government on the question of the Li-kin duties, and in completion of the Treaty of Chefoo; and, if ho would state the nature of such arrangements, if made?
