§ SIR WALTER B. BARTTELOTunderstood the Committee was to be taken, pro formâ, to-night?
§ MR. WARTONsaid, he hoped sufficient time would be given to consider the Bill properly. When would the Bill, as amended, be considered?
§ MR. JESSE COLLINGSsaid, he proposed to put down the Bill for that day week.
