§ On Motion of The LORD ADVOCATE, Bill to confirm a Provisional Order of one of Her Majesty's Principal Secretaries of State for providing that "The Roads and Bridges (Scotland) Act, 1878," shall come into force in the county of Edinburgh on the 1st day of September, 1882, subject to certain conditions, ordered to be brought in by The LORD ADVOCATE and Mr. SOLICITOR GENERAL for SCOTLAND.
