MR. GLADSTONEThe question of the Navy Estimates, and the time for bringing them forward, is really dependent upon the general state of the Business of the House. It is impossible, until we see our way more distinctly with regard to that general state, to fix any day for a Statement on that subject. Of course, due Notice will be given, so that no one shall be taken by surprise.
