asked the Postmaster General, Whether it was his intention to give effect to any scheme for a better Postal Delivery throughout rural districts of Cumberland?

MR. FAWCETT, in reply, said, he had not heard any complaint on the subject. If the hon. Member would direct his attention to any cases in which improvement were needed he would consider them.
