§ SIR STAFFORD NORTHCOTESir, I am afraid there may have been some misunderstanding about the Notice which I gave yesterday with regard to the Resolutions affecting the Business of the House, for my Notice does not appear on the Paper. I wish, therefore, to give Notice again, that I propose, when these Resolutions come to be considered, to move to negative the first one.
