§ SIR CHARLES W. DILKEThe Correspondence referred to will be found in the Papers relating to the affairs of Sulu and Borneo, and to the grant of a Charter of Incorporation to the British North Borneo Company, which are about to be laid upon the Table, and which, will contain a copy of the Charter.
