MR. REDMOND moved for leave to bring in a Bill to amend the Land Law (Ireland) Act of 1881.

MR. W. E. FORSTER

asked what were the objects of the Bill?

MR. REDMOND

replied, that it would deal with leaseholders, the question of arrears, and the case of the peasant proprietors.

Motion agreed to.
