MR. GLADSTONEI wish to give Notice that on Monday next I shall move certain Resolutions relating to the procedure of the House, and the appointment of Standing Committees to deal with Bills of a certain class in lieu of Committees of the Whole House. I will not attempt to read the Resolutions, which run into some details, but will place them at once upon the Table, and I have no doubt they will be in the hands of hon. Members to-morrow morning.
