DODSONThe Report has not been received; but, at the suggestion of the Medical Inspector, I have, in view of the gravity of the case, and the strong public feeling excited, directed a public inquiry to be held. For this purpose, I have associated with the Medical Inspector, Dr. Airy, one of our most experienced general Inspectors, Mr. Henley.
