DILKEThe murder of Mr. James Taylor Rose has occupied the attention of Her Majesty's Minister at Lima for some time past; but, owing to that part of the country where Mr. Rose was assassinated being entirely in the hands of guerillas, no successful result has as yet been arrived at. The matter, however, is still engaging the attention of the Legation at Lima.
