asked Mr. Attorney General for Ireland, If he will consider the advisability of ordering the release of Mr. Lawrence Daly, a suspect now detained in Dundalk Gaol, having regard to the fact that he has undergone a long imprisonment which, in addition to causing him loss and injury in other respects, has seriously impaired his health?
