§ Resolved, That it is expedient to authorise the payment, out of moneys to he provided by Parliament, of the Salaries of the Chairman and Officers of the Fishery Board, and of any Expenses which may be incurred by the Fishery Board under the provisions of any Act of the present Session to establish a Fishery Board in Scotland.
