§ MR. CAMPBELL-BANNERMANWe fully appreciate the usefulness of such a record as my hon. and gallant Friend suggests; but I cannot give any definite assurance at present that it will be commenced. We will communicate with the War Office on the subject, and I can promise my hon. and gallant Friend that the matter will not be lost sight of.
