asked Mr. Attorney General for Ireland, Whether Mr. C. S. Parnell, M.P., having been arrested on the 13th October last under the provisions of the Act 44 Vic. c. 4 s. 1, and having been released from custody on the 11th instant, can now be lawfully re-arrested or detained in custody under the original warrant; and, whether, if a new warrant be necessary for his re-arrest or further detention in custody, it can be issued in respect of the same offence?
