§ MR. W. E. FORSTER, in reply, said, it was a fact that all the clerks in the commercial department of United Ireland, had been released with the exception of Mr. Shelley. His ease was different from those of the others, and the Government did not consider he could be released with safety at present. He was recently transferred from Armagh to Kilmainham at the request of his relations.
