§ MR. SHAW LEFEVREI believe that a proposal has been made to open Lincoln's Inn Fields to the public; but I am afraid it has not made much progress, owing to the legal difficulties raised by the householders in the neighbourhood. The question is one which concerns the Metropolitan Board of Works more than the Office of Works.
