ARTHUR ARNOLDwho had the following Notice on the Paper:—To 1206 ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Whether there has been any correspondence between Her Majesty's Government and the Italian Government with regard to Tripoli; and, if so, whether that correspondence bears upon the alleged communications by Lord Salisbury with reference to the occupation of Tripoli by Italian forces as compensation for the entry of France upon Tunis? said, he wished to alter the second part of the Question, and to ask, If there was any record in the Foreign Office of those alleged communications by Lord Salisbury in reference to the occupation of Tripoli?
