§ MR. W. E. FORSTERThe only answer I can make is that I am in communication with the Treasury in reference to it; but I am not yet in a position to state what course the Government intend to take. I hope to be able to do so before long. As the right hon. Gentleman is aware, the matter is a very important one, and there are many difficulties connected with it which require consideration.
