§ MR. W. E. FORSTERSir, a hut has been erected at the place referred to in the Question. There are, it is true, two police barracks at a distance of three and a-half, and one seven miles from this hut; but there are persons living near requiring special protection, which is one of the reasons that have led to the determination to erect the hut.
