§ SIR CHARLES W. DILKEMemorials and Resolutions have been received from Chambers of Commerce, expressing various opinions with regard to the renewal of the French Treaty of Commerce, and they will be laid on the Table in due course with the rest of the Papers relating to this subject. I have to-day laid on the Table some important Correspondence with the French Ambassador and Lord Lyons respecting the promulgation of the General Tariff.
