§ MR. CHILDERSIn reply to my hon. Friend, I have to assure him that we are making satisfactory progress with the details of the changes due to the General Plan of Re-organization which I have explained to the House. The Committee are sitting from clay to day, and a great many questions have been settled by the Commander-in-Chief and myself; and I fully hope to complete and publish the decisions which have to be made in a reasonable time, before the 1st of July.
