M'COANasked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, If he can state to the House the Report received front the Irish Police authorities respecting an alleged riot at Baltinglass on Thursday last, in which, according to the Dublin correspondence of the "Times" of Saturday, many Protestant houses were wrecked, and other serious outrages committed? He wished to add that he had received telegrams contradicting the report, and stating that it was a case of a few boys throwing some stones, the matter being grossly exaggerated.
