§ MR. W. E. FORSTERI only saw the hon. and gallant Gentleman's Question last night. I have communicated with the Vice President of the Local Government Board, and I will give the hon. and gallant Gentleman as much information as I can on the subject if he will postpone his Question. I must at once state, however, that it is not in the power of the Chief Secretary to give employment to everyone who is out of it.
