§ MR. CHILDERSIn reply to my hon. Friend, I have to say that the revised Volunteer Regulations are in proof, and that I hope to deal with some minor points, still unsettled, in time to issue the Regulations in April. I do not know what my hon. Friend means by the proposed Regulations for the Militia; but several questions affecting adjutants are under consideration, and will probably be settled before the 1st of July.
