It is, Whether there is any truth in the reports in the morning papers to the effect that the United States Minister in England had made representations to Her Majesty's Government with respect to the case of Michael Boyton, who has been arrested in Ireland within the past few days under the Coercion Bill; if he will inform the House of the nature of that communication, and the reply of Her Majesty's Government thereto?
