DILKESir, Her Majesty's Government are generally acquainted with the terms of the Treaty between Russia and China which Lord Dufferin reported to have been signed at St. Petersburg on the 24th ultimo, and as soon as Her Majesty's Government are in possession of a formal copy it will be laid on the Table of the House.
