§ THE LORD ADVOCATE (Mr. J. M'LAREN)Sir, the question referred to by my hon. Friend has already engaged the attention of the Government, and I believe I may say that we hope to introduce a Bill giving the same power to Scotch Parochial Boards as are possessed by the Unions of England and Ireland.
