§ MR. A. M. SULLIVANwished to know whether it would be in Order for any hon. Member to propose an Amendment until the Motion had been put from the Chair?
§ MR. SPEAKERI have now to put the Question that this House do agree with the Committee in the said Resolution.
§ Motion made, and Question proposed, "That the House doth agree with the Committee in the said Resolution."
